Kim Kardashian has spoken out about the recent feud involving her husband Kanye West and Taylor Swift saying “I’ve had it.”
In an upcoming episode of Keeping up with the Kardashians she brings up the past mistake Kanye made in 2009 by interrupting Taylor Swift’s acceptance speech at the MTV video music awards. This was where he said that Beyonce should have won the award for “Single Ladies” and not Taylor’s “You Belong With Me”.
The reality star is frank telling sister Kourtney that Taylor plays the victim. “And you know just another way to play the victim. It definitely got her a lot of attention the first time.”
Kim doesn’t use Taylor’s actual name during her interview to camera but said “I just don’t think that he should be punished for it still to this day.”
She opened up futher by explaining, “I feel like I’ve had it with people blatantly treating my husband a certain way and making him look a certain way.”
“Kanye is always so honest and speaks his mind. When we were first dating, everyone would talk sh*t about me and he always had my back. At this point, I really don’t give a f**k so I’ll do whatever to protect my husband.”
Kim finally says that she believed that Beyonce should have won the award for “Single Ladies” adding, “Yeah, Kanye definitely hurt her years ago when he did that but it wasn’t meant to be personal,” she said. “It could have been anyone ’cause we all know that ‘Single Ladies’ was the biggest song of the year so I think when (Beyonce) didn’t win, he just wanted to stand up for it.”
Watch what Kim says in the teaser trailer for the episode that airs on E! July 17th below.
