You will see a lot of people in the entertainment industry who are getting work done. You know what I am talking about. That look that has been popular for the last few years like bigs lips. I’m not saying that it is wrong because everybody is walking their own path in life and are capable of making their own decisions. And you know it is okay to get a little bit done. It is unhealthy where you are going back for too much and your still not content. What most people won’t tell you is that you need to get energy work done. And not the kind of work that involves a scalpel or surgeon.
Looks are important in society. Whether you like to admit it or not you quickly make judgements about people before they even open their mouth. Have you ever gone to outing or party and have somebody say “Andrea lost weight she looks amazing.” Or “God did you see Ralph he looked shook.” But what people won’t tell you is that your energy is just as important as your looks. Because unconsiously our energies react to each others energy without us even realizing it. And if your energy is good people will gravitate towards you if it’s bad it can have the opposite effect. So people do pick up on your vibration. Some people have naturally good energy while others need to work on theirs.
Are you still reading this? Great. Having amazing energy means having a good aura. It’s kind of like washing your teeth you know if you didn’t you would have bad breath. Going out in nature will clean your energy. Getting some healing work can help too. Having your chakras open and clear is essential any blockages can hamper your energy. And being around positive people is great. But if you want to make people go “There is something different about you I can’t put my finger on it”, than I have a nifty exercise below.
Step one: Find a comfortable place to relax, at a good time when you won’t be disturbed. You can do this sitting down, lying down or cross legged whatever you prefer.
Step Two: Now make sure your body is relaxed.
Step Three: I want you to focus on your aura. Get a sense of how it feels is it heavy or light. What colour is it? Focus on the different areas of your body do they feel good or bad. Are they flowing or blocked?
Step Four: Now I want you to imagine that a white light appears above your head and that it rain begins to fall from the white light. This is a special rain it washes your aura and it will clean your energy. Visualise your aura shining where the rain touches it and imagine you hear a tinkling sound as it makes contact with your energy. Let this special rain touch your chakras and all your aura. Keep doing this for about 3 minutes. Make sure you do the whole body.
Step Five: Now think of a colour you need or your favorite color. It can be pink, white, yellow any colour. Imagine your aura is that colour. Most people think this step is hard but its easy think and feel the colour and your aura will respond.
Step Six: Now it is time to finish. Say “Thank you for cleaning my energy”. And imagine the white light above your head leaves. Your energy might feel different after this. Afterwards for protection imagine you are surrounded in a protective bubble.
